Sophia Fouché
Ph.D.

Dr. Fouché completed her master’s degree in Developmental Psychology from Tulane University, her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Connecticut, and completed a 2-year post-doctoral fellowship at Texas A&M University. In addition, Dr. Fouché has had extensive post-graduate training in various therapeutic modalities including Internal Family Systems, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Somatic Experiencing.

Dr. Fouché strives to take a truly holistic approach to psychotherapy, focusing on multiple levels of experience including cognitive, emotional, behavioral and somatic. It is through this multi-focal lens that she aims to guide her clients deeper into their internal systems, so they are able to view their symptoms in a compassionate and non-pathologizing manner and make therapeutic shifts that are sustainable over time. Dr. Fouché provides individual therapy to adolescents and adults and couple's therapy.

Hilary Harrison-Dunn
LCSW

Hilary has over 15 years of experience working with adults who are dealing with severe mental illness, anxiety, trauma, and depression. She also has extensive training and experience in working with children and teenagers alongside their families who are dealing with anger management, grief, anxiety, depression, and trauma.

Her approach to therapy starts with the belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to explore their emotions in a supportive environment, free from the constraints of judgment or embarrassment. She begins by partnering with clients to carefully curate a treatment plan that meets your goals. Her knowledge and compassion help to create a safe place for authentic connection on your journey to healing.
